Shipping Policy

Processing Times

Shipping cutoff time is 10am EST M-F
Orders are processed and shipped weekdays M-F (holidays excluded) 

Many orders are shipped the same or following business day. However, during our busy season (holidays/big sales/etc) we are extremely busy and the time needed to prepare an order can be longer. The maximum for processing is 7 business days.

Custom Slime Processing Times

All custom slimes are handmade to order! Due to customization and extra time required for this product allow up to 7 business days* for processing/creation.
*business days: Monday-Friday (holidays excluded)

Shipping Time

Shipping time comes into play once an order has shipped (after processing). We offer a variety of shipping options at checkout. An estimated shipping time will be quoted at checkout. Please note shipping times are estimates and cannot be guaranteed. Estimated transit time goes into effect once package has shipped (after processing).

We will not issue refunds for orders that are delayed due to weather or circumstances beyond our control.

Domestic (USA)

First Class Mail - Transit times typically 3-7 business days
Priority Mail - Transit times typically 2-5 business days
Priority Express Mail - Transit times typically 1-2 business days
Economy Saver Mail - Transit times typically 3-7 business days
FedEx Express Mail - Transit time typically 2-3 business days

Canada Shipping (CA)

First Class Mail - Transit times typically 1-4 weeks
Priority Mail - Transit times typically 5-10 business days
CA FedEx Express - Transit times typically 2-3 business days
CA FedEx Ground - Transit times typically 3-7 business days

Rest Of The World

First Class Mail - Transit times typically 1-8 weeks
Priority Mail - Transit times typically 1-12 business days

Custom Fees & Import Taxes

Slime Chef is not responsible for parcels that require additional postage fees. Both customs fees and import taxes are to be paid by the customer.

Incorrect Shipping Address

We are not responsible for addresses that are missing information or are incorrect. We will not issue any refunds or exchanges for customer’s that put the wrong address or leave out address information (missing apt. #, wrong zip code etc). If the address is wrong your package will most likely not arrive. If the order has not been shippedplease email us and we will do our best to update the address before it has been shipped.

Refused Mail
We will not refund orders if they are refused.
